We are looking for a:

Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

  • As our Marketing Manager you will be part of the central marketing team for CESE and responsible for overseeing all marketing related tasks for 5-10 hotels.



Your main tasks

  • You will work with the general managers and the area marketing and e-commerce team on the development and implementation of local hotel marketing plans and the management of hotel content for all digital owned, earned and paid channels.

  • Marketing communications (developing customer-focused B2B and B2C promotions, targeting offline and online channels, creating branded hotel collateral / merchandise / sales tools), and website management

  • Quality controls to ensure compliance with brand standards and marketing consulting on site at the hotels to be supported

  • Support in the area of e-commerce, corporate CRM and corporate loyalty in the provision of relevant hotel offers, content and marketing messages for ongoing CRM communication, as well as expansion of customer databases and our customer loyalty program

  • Planning activities (developing and monitoring annual hotel marketing plans, increasing brand awareness, new revenue generating opportunities for the hotels, etc.).

  • Cost control and budget management for all projects/activities.

  • Supports the area marketing team in the development and implementation of the overarching area content strategy for social media

  • Analyze tracking, performance monitoring, productivity and ongoing hotel campaigns

  • Conduct research projects (e.g. competitive intelligence, loyalty trends, consumer feedback, brand tracking, etc.) and keeps abreast of industry trends, initiatives and insights

  • Communicate effectively internally, including meeting regularly with the marketing team

  • You will act as a brand ambassador and reflect the company culture and values






What you should offer

  • You have a university degree or an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry

  • You have + 2 years of experience in the field of marketing

  • You have good language skills in Dutch, German and English

  • You can quickly learn how to use IT systems

  • You have a strategic view with a commercial focus

  • You attach great importance to quality and have an eye for detail

  • You are a team player with a sense of personal responsibility

  • You are solution-oriented and can meet any challenge
