Job Description

The Food & Beverage Revenue Project Manager will be responsible for implementing revenue management practices in Food & Beverage outlets across the RHG portfolio to increase profitable revenue. An essential enabler of applying the revenue management principles will be implementing and/or (co-)developing the right technology to support this change.

The key will be to define a Total Revenue Management strategy, to define/recognize the interconnected relationships across revenue streams to be considered simultaneously in order to create a bundle of prices that optimizes the hotel’s total bottom line.

The Food & Beverage Revenue Project Manager will be part of the Revenue Management Projects Team and report to the Head of Revenue Management Projects. The position requires to work closely with the individual hotel teams, corporate F&B, and corporate Operations

Key Responsibilities of the  Food & Beverage Revenue Project Manager:
- Define the revenue management strategy for Food & Beverage outlets considering both the commercial as the operational.

- Assess the current technology market place to identify and Implement the right technology (tools & enablers) to execute the defined strategy.

-Run pilots to assess the effectiveness and to gather feedback and assess ROI for future implementation.

- Fine-tune the strategy and roll-out to additional outlets to secure the profitable revenue growth

- Develop strong business relationships across department and most importantly with the F&B corporate team to secure alignment with the company 5YR Plan.

-  Direct management of key revenue projects.

Requirements of the Revenue Manager:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or Statistics.

- 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Distribution. Previous experience in Operational Management of a (Hotel) restaurant/ F&B outlets is a must.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.

- Fluency in English both written and spoken .
