Summary of Responsibilities:
工作概述:
 
PURPOSE OF POSITION  职位目的
To ensure timely and up-to-date collection from debtors. To ensure Tenants are billed timely and accurately. To rectify and correct guests’ billings. 
确保及时的收集最新的应收账款。 确保及时准确给房客开具账单。修改纠正客户账单。
 
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务和岗位职责
  • Verify all incoming payments and ensure these are matched correctly to outstanding bills
     确认所有进账并确保其和未偿付票据相配。
  • Ensure all AR accounts created are supported by approved credit applications 
    确保所有创建的应收账户有许可信贷申请书支持
  • Process credit applications – conduct company searches, make credit enquiries and make recommendations for Management’s approval
    处理信贷申请——管理公司调查,整理信贷查询以及管理许可推荐
  • Monitor AR outstanding amounts to be within approved credit limits
    监管未付应收账户在许可信贷限制内
  • Assist Front Office on monitoring and clearing of PM accounts
    辅助前台监管和清理PM(假房)账户。
  • Hold monthly credit meetings and keep all departments updated on collection and/or credit status and challenges
    举办月度信贷会议,保持所有部门及时更新信贷数据和挑战
  • Prepare credit meeting minutes and monthly credit schedules in accordance to policies in a timely manner 
    准备信贷会议记录,并按照政策及时准备月度信贷安排
  • Ensure tenants’ billings are done timely and accurately
    确保及时准确开账给住户
  • Follow-up with tenants on information required for variable rent calculations
    处理住户变量租金计算的信息问题
  • Attend to credit card charge-back queries
    负责信用卡拒付返钱问题

  • Diploma in Accounting

    EXPERIENCE 工作经验
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in accounting with at least 1 year in AR or Credit in a international brand hotel
     最少3-5年会计工作经验,至少一年国际品牌酒店应收或信贷工作经验
