PURPOSE OF POSITION岗位目标
Will be expected to know about the prices of the shop’s products and interact with customers with the aim of selling. And will be expected to reach monthly sales targets, which can lead to a pressurized work environment. Also be expected to know about various promotions on offer and help in ordering and arranging the delivery of stock. Attendant will also be expected to have specialist knowledge about the products on sale.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES重要职责
  • Acknowledge, greet, and smile to every guest in the hotel.

  • The hours a shop attendant will be expected to work will often match the hours the store is open. This may include evening and weekend work. Given the nature of the job, shop attendants spend a lot of time on their feet and often have to carry and lift heavy items, so a good level physical condition is required.
  • 工作的时间以商店的营业的时间为准,包括晚上的班次和周末,由于工作性质使然,商店的员工在工作期间会经常来回搬运货物,因此良好的身体素质也是必须的。
  • Ensure smooth communication with guest as per Raffles Standards.

  • Available to cater to customers’ needs.

  • Maximizes every opportunity to increase revenue by up-selling.

  • Ensures all the information will be informed all staff though the art shop logbook.
  • 确保所有信息通过交班本及时的告知商店的同事
  • Responsible for all maintenance of equipment and its accessories in Art Shop.
  • 对艺术商店设备的维护负责
  • Ensure tight controls are in place on bookings for equipment hire and serviced office occupancy to avoid guest inconvenience by way of over-booking and the subsequent lack of service and equipment.
  • 确保商店所有物品和租借的设备摆放整齐,避免物品短缺给客人造成不便
  • Handle guests’ requests promptly and report complaints to the Shop Supervisor.

  • Maintain a clean work environment

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life and safety system

  • Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
