Summary of Responsibilities
A Catering Sales Assistant Manager develops catering business leads for the Hotel on weekly basis, manages events from beginning to end and prepare creative menu proposals with the Chef while always keeping in mind food cost, labor cost and kitchen facilities.
Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for success in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment, promoting Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and compliances of established guidelines and standards related to the hotel and communicate excellent English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
