Junior Sous Chef - Arts Cafe
Summary of Responsibilities
The Junior Sous Chef is responsible to assist Sous Chef in monitoring food quality and to ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards. To manage and monitor the western cuisine kitchen operations, working with yield testing, product identification and that the proper rotation and labeling is followed accordingly to written guidelines for food produce specifications.
