BUTLER
The position is responsible for being in service to our top tier Guests managing guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining close relationship with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, Engineering and other hotel departments. Daily, he will be faced with variety, challenge and an opportunity to use many skills.

Primary ResponsibilitiesMis En Place & Arrival ExperienceRequisition and set-up of welcome and TD amenities
Fetching of arriving guests at the front desk
Accurate orientation of room upon arrival
Welcome drink en suite delivery
Facilitate and Deliver a Memorable In House & Departure Experience
Efficient packing and unpacking service
Manage and organize shoe shine service
Coordinate with laundry area the laundry, dry clean and pressing needs of guests.
Kitchen equipment assistance
Special occasions en suite (birthdays, honeymoon, surprises)
Facilitate WUC, refreshment and transfer out arrangement.
Coordinate with other departments for other guest stay requirements (restaurant booking within the hotel, last minute requests, in room appliance repairs)
Create “SPARKLE” experiences to loyal members

Inspection of suites and apartments for VIPs and SA guests

- Kitchen equipment assistance
Certificate of diploma in hospitality or any related field.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
