Vos missions :
- Diriger & guider les commis de cuisine, les apprentis & les stagiaires
- Prendre en charge les réalisations culinaires qui relèvent de sa spécialité.
- Dressage des assiettes
- Veiller à la gestion des stocks et à l'approvisionnement de sa partie
- Assurer une communication avec l'ensemble des services
