The Team Members Services Coordinator will work on the following projects and actions:
1. Coordination with the international team of Directors of Delegations
Act as liaison between the Head Office and the Delegation Directors
Centralize input and provide support on all projects
Organize team calls and meetings
2. Coordination of certain key projects initiated by the Member Services Team
Delegation Directors Meetings
New Members Integration
R&C Induction Days
Delegation Directors involvement in the Rendez-Vous TBC
Create and update monitoring tools for the projects of the department
Coordinate actions with other departments
Provide as-needed support to the IDMS on all projects
For the International Director Member Services Provide administrative support (managing agenda, organizing meetings, calls, etc.)
For the General Manager :
- Manage diary, meetings, reservations etc
- Organize Travel requirements
- Prepare expenses report
