Job Description 


Help develop a front desk team at a new dual branded hotel on beautiful Clearwater Beach Florida. Our Residence Inn has 140 suites and our SpringHill Suites has 115 suites under one roof. We are in a heavy leisure market and need someone with outstanding customer service skills and has a track record of driving guest experience scores. The job will entail a hands on approach and person will be expected to handle some administrative responsibilities along with the day to day responsibilities of a front of the house leader.

Requirements

FOSSE experience is preferred but not required. History of successful Guest Service Scores and experiences. Be willing to work a traditional and non traditional schedule that includes weekends, AM and PM shifts.
