Position Description
We are looking for an Intern/Trainee in the Kitchen department who has the possibility to do an Internship in our department for 3months minimum.
The Kitchen trainee will take part of the daily operations of the Kitchen and will report directly to the Executive Chef.
Before the service:
• Help preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner or banquets (cold and warm food)
• Wash, peel, cut vegetables and fruits
• Assisting all colleagues
• Low temperature cooking
• Regeneration “à l’assiette”
During the service:
• “Service à la carte” during the breakfast
• Assisting colleagues and follow the instructions of the chef
After the service:
• Take off the materials
• Assure the HACCP method
• Assure the cleanliness of the area
• Respect the security norms during the day
Position Requirements and Offer Details
• EU Citizenship or pursuing education within the EU
• Internship agreement (school contract)
