Cartier – Deputy Boutique Manager, Bond St.

How will you make an impact?
•    Your key mission will be to drive the store turnover and to support this fantastic team in achieving all KPIs
•    With your proactive example, you will encourage your team in focussing development and strengthening of the relationship with new and existing clients
•    Learning from an experiencing Boutique Manager, you will support him in creating an action plan and setting targets, based on performance analysis and review of the team’s competencies
•    You will train and coach your direct reports, including ensuring that the teams are consistently providing an exceptional client experience
•    Your market knowledge will allow you to propose, plan and promote exciting and relevant client events, as well as leading as an example when inviting top clients to these events
•    Operation excellence for us is key, in fact you will lead as an example for all CRM and aftersales queries

How will you experience success with us?
•    You will already be an established and experienced Deputy Boutique Manager or an Assistant Boutique Manager in Luxury Goods Retail
•    We are looking for a strong people manager, able to lead inspire the team
•    Your strategic thinking and your determination will support the boutique manager in planning and achieving the future successes of the team and boutique overall
•    Organisational skills are key in this role, including having a great eye for details and being comfortable in using retail analytical tools
•    You will have a very good general education, sense for etiquette, presentation, sense of luxury service and aesthetics
•    You will be client centric, enjoying building long term relationships with our exclusive clientele Enjoying interacting with international and multicultural clientele, you will have strong interpersonal competences and excellent communication skills
