MAIN PURPOSE

The High Jewellery Coordinator will be a role to support HJ Jewellery team on all business-related matters, especially on business analysis and all supporting documents preparation.

The role is to assist the High Jewellery Team to deliver good results in Business, Events, Talents, High Jewellery sales results and other paper works, etc. In order to provide more matured support for all internal departments and external business partners communication to further develop. And to achieve the final goal of High Jewellery Sales Target in China.

Also, to coordinator all HJ HUB related matters in all functions.

The main purpose of the High Jewellery Coordinator is to support the High Jewellery Team on multiple aspects of the running of the HJ business in different parts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1 – China HJ Business Analysis
  • Support HJ Team on all HJ event related business analysis work on figures by region, by event, by product, by client, etc. In order to get clear picture of what the sales status in a weekly basis.

  • Key responsibility 2 – HJ Product Assortment support
  • SAP is a request to learn and Product assortment is necessary to support.
  • To work together with Product Team, Merchant, Logistic team on the product analysis, mapping, delivery, etc. Main purpose is to support retail team on the HJ/FJ product needs.
  • Work together with HQ team on product importation paper work preparation. And TIB/TIB+ product process.

  1. Key responsibility 3 – HJ Team related documentation
  • Assist team on all HJ expert seminar/workshop/training related works, in and out contact with different team and parties.
  • Regular Maintenance of HJ team related documentation, such as events and training Calendar update
  • Regular Meeting preparation, such as RHJ monthly Meeting, FJ Test weekly update with HQ, etc.
  • HJFJ Content sorting and filing in different share folder to specific audience.
  • All payment documents supporting
  • Coordinator Monthly calendar for the entire team

QUALIFICATIONS

Experiences:

  • The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an Admin/Business Analysis field.
  • Good at using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Especially good at figures analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Possess a sense of urgency, strong problem-solving skill and a great attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and remain flexible and energetic.
  • Commercial thinking to all facts is a plus.
