MAIN PURPOSE

  • Assess level of all personnel concerned.
  • Train and organize training to all Roger Dubuis staff on Products, History, Competitors, and Sales techniques.
  • Ensure maximum knowledge of Roger Dubuis Staff in the entire subsidiary, including regional partner’s staff working for the brand.
  • Animate and motivate teams to work and learn with the available tools.
  • Support Retail by developing/improving management tools.
  • Support International Training Manager on trainings roll out.


KEY RESPONSABILITES

Construction of the training program

  • Analyze and identify the needs regarding the:
    • IPA (Individual Performance Appraisal) feedbacks,
    • IDP (Individual Development Plan).
  • Provide appropriate solutions according to the needs (in class/self-learning/on-the-job).
  • Set up the budget according to Learning and Development priorities.


Training Delivery

  • Define a local training calendar (in-class and e-learning).
  • Manage organization and logistics of in-class training programs and e-learning platform.
  • Deliver appropriated collective and individual development solutions:
    • Using corporate solutions and adjust them locally if necessary.
    • Creating local new solutions (internal and external partnerships).
    • Conduct in-class training sessions
    • Conduct on-the-job training solution when relevant (observation & feedback, role plays etc.…)


E-learning management

  • Create, support and coordinate with the local E-C Manager the launch of Roger Dubuis e-learning (WatchLive) on the local platform.
  • Animate and support the project to end-users.


Follow-up and monitor the quality of training and achievements

  • Update Quarterly the training plan
  • Evaluate participant’s satisfaction (in-class & e-learning) and collect manager’s feedback when necessary.
  • Adjust and improve contents if necessary
  • Create follow-up tools (quizzes, feedback, challenge…)
  • Record all staff Trainings.


Develop strategic Intelligence

  • Be on the lookout for any relevant tools (website, book…).
  • Attend events related to the learning and Development field (internal & external).
  • Meet and Select high quality partners (internal & external).


Mystery Shopping Management

  • Take part in mystery Shopping activities at international level and provide regular feedback (e.g. propose best practices).
  • Relay the activity back to the Boutique Managers.
  • Regularly monitor Mystery Shopping.
  • Inform the Brand Director and Intl. Training Manager of results; indicate potential for improvement and make recommendations to this effect.
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence regarding competitors' methods and practices.


Operations Support

  • Support the Intl. Training Manager in the realization of new trainings and deployment.
  • Ensure staffing support to boutique and events by allocating staff to boutique and/or events when necessary, in order to maximize the turnover and/or customer service in both areas.
  • Participate in the development and implementation process of new projects linked to the retail operations when required.
  • Support the Retail department in all required missions.


JOB PROFILE (for recruitment purpose only)

Languages

Compulsory: Mandarin & English, fluent proficient capacity

Any other additional language knowledge is a plus.

Education & Experience

Holder of higher education degree / Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury retail environment (preferably watches).

Technical skills

Microsoft Office tools mastering / Strong understanding of new e-learning tools and actors.

Knowledge of Coaching techniques is a plus.

Personal skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills / Natural Lead / Creative / Socially aware / Hands on attitude.
