MAIN PURPOSE

The purpose of the position is to support Retail Commercial Director in daily work

In the context of the Cartier retail strategy, as an executive, it is to support Retail Commercial Director on all kinds of consolidation and daily supporting works based on different projects; to understand business with wealthy local and influential socialites in China market; to provide a full scope of daily administrative and operational supports and cross function coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1 - Administration work for Retail Commercial Director
  • Keep the systematic filing of the important documents.
  • Handle the LGSM / PO / ITSM / Boss applications for written or digital approval.
  • Arrange the travel schedule, reimbursements, including tracking and recording.
  • Team T&E consolidation and checking.
  • Monitor & control the T&E claims, comparing with the yearly budget.

  • Key responsibility 2 - Assistant to Retail Commercial Director
  • Effectively manage of the Retail commercial Director’s calendar / appointments / trip agenda / relevant logistics.
  • Be the major contact window for other department meetings, including and not limited to arrange the accommodation and logistics of the meeting / event, the application for the necessary visa of the business visit, and the preparation of the relevant trip reports.
  • To particularly compile the reports, fine-tune the PPT, and translate the documents as required.

  • Key responsibility 3 - HJ department administration support before Sep.
  • Organize the meetings by booking the meeting room, preparing the meeting topics, and generating the meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with the training team to organize the proper trainings for the colleagues according to business need.
  • Assist with the staff purchase as per requests.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Track the Sales Performance of the key Boutiques on weekly basis.


  • Key responsibility 4 – Event support
  • Support the BTQ/ HE activities and animations.
  • Coordinate with other departments and HJ experts on preparations/performance monitoring.
  • Assist to arrange the accommodation & transportation for team & customers


  • Key responsibility 5 – Customer relationship management
  • Collect the requests from btq and report.
  • Track the budget.
  • Update potential HE client list for team members.


QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Above 2 years related working experience
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Have a good command of Excel and Power Point
  • Being well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Good team player
  • Fluent in oral & written English
