MAIN PURPOSE

Managing the China trade marketing, including the planning and execution of VM, Events and Store Planning, in line with HQ guideline and strategic objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 - Marketing Info Collection and Analysis

  • Generate needed reports for Head Office and internal usage.
  • Assist Marketing and Communication Director in the preparation of business plan.


Key responsibility 2 - Trade Marketing

  • Formulate local trade marketing strategies in accordance to the global trade marketing strategy direction.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategy including POS construction, visual merchandising and window animation according to the marketing calendar.
  • Propose and organize promotional events.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and to monitor and maintain event budgets.
  • Support and manage, with vendors, all set up / decoration aspects of events and to ensure the compliance with corporate guidelines.


  

Key responsibility 3 - Visual Merchandizing

  •  Ensure product presentation in China Retail & Wholesale network according to brand guidelines
    1. Global VM guideline adaptation in Boutiques & POS including window display, counter display, lightbox, frame image, and in store decoration
    2. Be creative, capable to understand information/strategy from guidelines and give back original and rational solutions
    3. Provide training and guidance to co-workers, maintain an organized, visually appealing and welcoming store environment on daily basis
  • Ensure windows & counters are updated with the latest launch visuals, thematic panels, PLV etc. in a well-organized and punctual manner
  • Coordinate with wholesale/retail, mall management, retailers and manufacturers for retail & wholesale new openings


JOB PROFILE ( FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • Approx. 8- 10 years working experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or project management in luxury industry, with at least 3 years’ experience in team manager position. 
  • High flexible, independent, creative, hard-working and a team player. Good organisation skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English is a must
