MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the HJ Business Development Manager, the VIE - HJ Merchandising Executive will be in charge of allocating and managing the stock of the local High End creations (HJ, FJ, Tradition, FJ/HJ Watches). The VIE will define with the region the local High Jewellery network strategy and drive the action plans based on Central’s guidelines. Additional priorities will include the design and delivery of product trainings for the boutiques and for the commercial teams and preparation of High Jewellery market data intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.         HJ stock management

•           Manage the stock allocation and rotation to local prestige network

•           Monitor High Jewellery assortment level according to central guidelines

•           Be the point of contact for Oceania boutiques, the region and central HJ/FJ/Tradition teams for stock requests and returns

•           Liaise with logistics on HJ, FJ & Tradition creations’ shipments and deliveries

•           SAP and other administrative support for HJ/FJ & Tradition shipment and invoicing related issues

o          Ensure that the price is correct in the system

o          Follow up on HJ boxes, GIA cert delivery

•           Following up with CS team on repairs and other HJ related technical issues whenever necessary

•           Assist on stock related support in local and International High Jewellery event

2.         HJ Product information & Launch Plan

•           Dissemination of all product news on HJ, FJ and Tradition

•           Propose launch and training plan on new collection according to Central guidelines

•           Assist sales teams on all High Jewellery product information related queries

•           Provide assistance to all VIP appointments during Local and International High Jewellery event whenever required (preparation/training and support during viewing)

3.         HJ reporting

•           Daily HJ sales and pending sales report

•           Monthly HJ sales performance by boutique, product category

•           High-End client analysis report

•           Quarterly Business review Analysis

•           Other adhoc report required

•           Monitor High Jewellery related market, auctions and competitors trends

4.         HJ Visual Merchandising

•           Familiar with all High Jewellery related Visual Merchandising Tools

•           Provide constructive feedbacks to Visual Merchandiser on High Jewellery display based on central guideline

•           Visiting the boutique regularly to ensure HJ creations visibility are optimized

•           Ensure that all High Jewellery display comes with label description according to central guideline

           

QUALIFICATIONS

•           Previous experience in marketing/retail highly desirable

•           Fluent in English

•           Analytical skills (Excel mandatory, knowledge of BI, SAP appreciated)

•           Results Driven

•           Meticulous and organised

•           Excellent follow up skills

•           Team player

ELIGIBILITY TO THE VIE PROGRAM

•           Candidates between 18 and 28 years old

•           Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
