We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support the continued growth and success of our brands.

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection for roles across the restaurants.
Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.

Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work culture by implementing engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, payroll inputs, and performance data.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs to upskill employees and promote career development.
Identify training needs and collaborate with management to implement effective solutions.

Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.
Provide support in implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

Policy Implementation:
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in line with organizational needs.
Monitor adherence to policies across all restaurants.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Language required: English.
