About the job
- He/she is responsible for reservations, service distribution and assignment of duties.
- Checks and directs the service, checking that the performance is impeccable, courteous and effective.
- Knows and promotes all offerings of the Restaurant.
- Proposes to management the replacement of obsolete equipment, indicates equipment needs and makes suggestions for the introduction of new methods and technologies in order to improve service.
- Ensures appropriate arrangement of each component of the restaurant, mise en place, taking care of harmony in the use of decorative elements.
- Empowers all his Restaurant staff in the proper use and perfect preservation of all equipment and supplies in use in the departments.
- Prepares periodic verification inventories of the equipment in use.
- He/she is responsible for the correct interpretation and application of all legal regulations regarding: accident, fire prevention, safety and sanitation standards in his/her area.
- He/she ensures proper behavior of his/her staff towards Guests and fellow workers, especially taking care of their personal appearance and the cleanliness of their uniforms.
- He/she is responsible for the professional development and growth of its staff.

For those who want to "go beyond" there is the exclusive table for two persons obtained from a niche which overlooks the kitchen and allows to enjoy a menu freely proposed by the Chef. The same niche continues beyond the glass that separates the room from the kitchen, offering an intimate table for four persons which guarantees an higher level of privacy. The restaurant also has a private room equipped with a wall-mounted screen that makes it suitable for business meetings for up to eight people.
