Job description

The Project Manager is in charge of the following:

1. Maximize customer satisfaction by achieving projects goals within agreed-upon schedule.

2. Conclude projects at or under agreed-upon budget and maximize projects’ gross margin.

3. Manage clients’ relationship once projects are signed according to agency workflow.

4. Work with other agency’s departments according to agency workflow.

5. In charge of the suppliers’ panel.


1. Chinese speaker with bachelor degree required.

2. Fluent English and Chinese required (spoken and written).

3. At least two-year working experience in Project Management at an international event agency required.

4. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity

5. Ability to work in team.

6. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.

7. Can be tough against adversity.

8. Great with details.

9. Honest.

10. Potential to develop a passion for event management.
