Job description

The Show Manager is in charge of the following:

1. Running the event content (MCs, performances, screens content, music, lighting effects, etc.) according to the event rundown agreed-on with the client.

2. Managing talents (MCs, dancers, musicians, acrobats, models…): search and interviews for new talents, booking, on-site management during the event, post-event management (payment, etc.)

3. Outfits design, production and maintenance.

4. Maximize client satisfaction by achieving projects goals within agreed-upon schedule.

5. Conclude projects at or under agreed-upon budget and maximize projects’ gross margin.

6. Manage clients’ relationship once projects are signed according to agency workflow.

7. Booking celebrities.

8. Developing new performances from the creative, the talent sourcing, the performance development (rehearsal, etc…), then its commercial development (promotion, etc…)

Requirements

1. Chinese speaker with bachelor degree required.

2. At least two-year working experience, preferably at an international agency.

3. At least 2-year experience in China required.

4. Fluent English spoken & written required.

5. Fluent Chinese spoken & written required.

6. An artistic background (dance, music…) is required.

7. Interest for fashion design is required.

8. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.

9. Ability to work in team.

10. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
11. Can be tough against adversity.

12. Great with details.

13. Honest.

14. Passionate for event management.
