Responsibilities

1. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should represent The Awards brand and its values, when interacting with the hospitality industry (a celebration of the outstanding people working in the field.)

2. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should support the Managing Director oversee the event communications with the support of the Riviera’s Marcom team.

3. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should support the Managing Director maximize the hoteliers’ applications and monitor the selection process together with the judging committee.

4. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should support the Managing Director maximize sponsorships’ sales and manage the execution of the sponsorship packages.

5. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should support the Managing Director maximize tickets’ sales.

6. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should support the Managing Director oversee the event production & execution with the support of Riviera’s Operations’ teams.

7. The Stelliers Assistant Manager should support the Managing Director generate quality business contacts for Riviera Events.

About you

Qualifications & abilities

1. Bachelor degree required.

2. Fluent English & Mandarin required (spoken and written).

3. Strong interest for branding, lifestyle, luxury and new trends is required.
4. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.

5. Ability to work in team.

6. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.

7. Can be tough against adversity.

8. Great with details.

9. Honest.

10. Potential to develop a passion for event management.
  • Languages required: Chinese and English.
