Job Description

• the daily operations of the entire operation (or specific functions) of the Housekeeping Department to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness of all guest accommodation, public areas, and other facilities in line with guest expectations
• Provide regular feedback to employees on performance and teamwork
• Provide training for all Heartists on all aspects of the departmental operating procedures
• At all times, keeping updated on product knowledge of facilities and related activities
• Resolving guest complaints to the guest’s satisfaction within your level of authority
• Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation
• Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Heartiest Handbook
• Carrying out any other duties as directed by your Manager or Supervisors

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of similar experience
• Past experience working in the Middle East
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Preferably female candidates.
