Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Learning professional to manage all aspects of the learning function in accordance with company standards. The Talent Development Manager will ensure that all learning initiatives correlate with the Rosewood Mission, Vision and Principles and engage, educate and excite our associates. Duties will include:
Facilitating all Rosewood mandated training programs
Coordinating with Rosewood Standard Specialists to ensure consistent departmental training and provides on going coaching and guidance
Customizing and delivering an innovative Discovery (New Hire Orientation) program
Overseeing all cross-training and educational assistance participation
Create and manage all development plans
Maintaining all resort hotel training records
Providing input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Managers in line with company guidelines
Participating in other aspects of the Human Resources function as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: Two years experience as a hospitality trainer or training manager. Hotel operations experience also desirable.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, human resources or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
