The Parasail Boat Operatorhasa dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering industry leading customer service while demonstrating exemplary skills. This position demonstrates a high level of integrity in all assigned tasks. The roleengages with guestsand operates the parasail program on the destination, along with being able to guide all other Shore Excursions tours. The Parasail Boat Operatormanagesand operates the watercraft, provides instruction onsafety,and entertains the guests. The positionguidesother activitiesand assists withthelifeguard programas requested by Management. The Parasail Boat Operator should have exemplary skills in boat driving and be able to teach and coach others in developing their skills.
