The Island Shore Excursions Manager possessesa dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering industry leading service while demonstrating exemplary skills. The Island Shore Excursions Manager leads the entire division and is directly accountable for all aspects of the operation. The roleis responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all tours & excursions (e.g., wave jet, kayak, parasailing, Flightline, coaster,etc.), lifeguardprogram, rentals, retail,and cabana experience. This is a position that requires skills in customer service, safety, public health, guest engagement, cleanliness, revenue generation, expense control, training, and the upkeep and maintenance of equipment. etc. The rolemanagesthe Island Shore Excursions,Lifeguard program,and Cabana Teamsto deliver a flawless experienceat all levels ensuring maximum safetyand operational excellence.
