In your role as an HR & Recruitment Officer within our HR family, you will work with forward-thinking, innovative team members and be passionate about our approach to people. Our team is always contributing to our success and you will be ensuring that your colleagues work in a dynamic environment where the sharing of ideas is encouraged. We always seek to hire people who are team players and in your role as HR & Recruitment Officer, you will assist us in recruiting new colleagues to come join our happiness. This could involve screening CV’s, arranging interviews with candidates, updating key stakeholders on recruitment activities or attending careers fairs on behalf of the hotel; being able to manage a varied workload and stay organised would is key to being successful as is having great ideas around talent attraction and engagement. In addition to this you will be responsible for compiling and reporting on some key HR metrics, assisting the HR team with more generalist duties from engagement events to mediation sessions and being the face of recruitment within the business. You development would be at the forefront of our goals and we are always looking for creative ways to work better and to drive our people practices.
