In your role as a Safety and Security Manager, you will work with forward-thinking, innovative team members and be passionate about ensuring the safety and security of all. You would be responsible in investigation into all incidents, damages and dangerous occurrences within and surrounding the Royal Lancaster London. As our Safety and Security Manager, you would be the person in charge of running Health and Safety meetings, training all our colleagues and ensuring that everyone is up to date with our standards and procedures.
Coordinating all risks management insurance inspections and fire contingency arrangements with the company insurance brokers would also form a major part of your role with us. Along with this, you would be building and maintaining a good working relationship with all legislative authorities and statutory bodies to ensure that the hotel is in line with the relevant legislation.
