Rüya London will be opening its doors in May and promises to be one of the biggest openings of the year. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals who are seeking their next big challenge. If the below sounds like you then click apply!

To support the seamless running of the restaurant providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort and safety is paramount at all times. To establish and maintain good working relationship amongst the restaurant team and kitchen brigade.


Customer service
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• To provide a quick and efficient service.
• To consistently adhere to skills and standards within the restaurant.
• Priorities the well being of the customer at all times.
• To demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance, always wearing
the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene.

Service Standards
• To follow consistently the correct standards and methods of service.
• To make sure orders are appropriately delivered and in a elegant manner
on the station
• To support and communicate effectively with the HW and Managers.
• To provide and maintain stock for the restaurant, to ensure stock levels are
maintained during service times and replenished at the end of service.
• To follow the set opening, closing and cleaning duties as specified.
• To provide a clear handover during shift changes.
• Acknowledge the customers when they leave in a warm and friendly
