Rüya London will be opening its doors in May and promises to be one of the biggest openings of the year. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals who are seeking their next big challenge. If the below sounds like you then click apply!

To support the seamless running of the restaurant providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort and safety is paramount at all times. To establish and maintain good working relationship amongst the restaurant team and kitchen brigade.


• Recruiting, ordering, stocks, opening, closing & cash up alongside the Bar
• The manager will be a motivator, training the team and making sure the
services is up to the standards.
• The role requires someone who is ambitious person.
• Needs to be very knowledgeable (ideally WSET qualified) be charismatic,
dynamic, well organize and highly motivate.
• A knowledge of classic cocktails and modern twists is a must along with
previous experience in a relevant role.
• Will have a team of skilled bartenders who all have brilliant ideas so great
people management skills are ideal.
• Must be creative, passionate about creating cocktails and drinks.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Resume and proven working experience as a Head bartender
• Preferably holder of a Personal license
