Job description

• Working closely with the Line Manager to develop marketing strategies which proactively drive & support the achievement of annual and longer term business objectives of Saadiyat Beach Club and the F&B venues, whilst working collaboratively with F&B operations;
• Establish processes and systems to accurately assess the impact of marketing activity on business performance of Saadiyat Beach Club and the F&B venues. Also, develop and continuously improve our internal marketing processes and control systems;
• Management of operational marketing requirements for the club and F&B venues including but not limited to development of printed collateral, copywriting and design for menus, presentations, templates, vouchers, flyers, newsletters and signage, both internally and with approved agencies and suppliers;
• Assist in the creation of tactical marketing campaigns for the club and F&B venues;
• Maintain up to date online library resource for each venues, inclusive of logos, imagery and brand guidelines
• Assist with PR and social media activation of the club and F&B venues;
• Deliver solutions which span all aspects of CRM for the venues e.g. database management and communication, online booking system, loyalty programs;
• Working closely with Market Research groups to create and execute on required market studies needed to substantiate and support marketing efforts; to undertake customer profiling, target market studies, pricing studies and all over market research and intelligence activities to ensure sales and marketing efforts are supported by rationalized market data;
• Liaise with government departments & local authorities, as required, to ensure that marketing initiatives meet local laws and guidelines;
• Delivery of monthly reports to the Marketing Manager in accordance with the agreed framework;
• Manage and maintain website content for the club and F&B venues;
• Conduct research related to food & beverage brands and general food & beverage news of the UAE/GCC market.

Requirements

Required Education:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing / Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
• More than 2 years of experience in F&B Marketing. UAE experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Auxiliary Requirements:
• Competent in Microsoft Office Software.
• High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in management of technology (Database & Content Management / CRM / etc.)
• Cross-functional knowledge of marketing, client services, production and technical services and understanding of sales concepts.
