Job description

Looking for Chef de Partie's interested in gaining international experience in hotel kitchens and/or fine dining. Taking on the responsibility for preparing dishes to the high standards set by the Executive Chef and working with the team to deliver and excellent guest experience. Long term positions for talented chefs looking to build their career experience in a professional high end environment.

Requirements

Culinary training and certification in HACCP. Experience at a 4*, 5* or fine dining restaurant in a similar role. Also accepting experienced Commis chefs ready to take on the next challenge in their career.
