Your main responsibilities
▪ Support the assigned waiter/waitress in setting up tables, linens, glassware, and silverware.
▪ Ensure the workstation always remains organized and well-stocked.
▪ Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
▪ Prepare all Mise en place and complete any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
▪ Handle dining reservations and allocate guests according to the established sequence of service.
▪ Assist in all restaurants related tasks as assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager.
