Mondrian Shoreditch, is looking for Pastry Chef de Partie for its 120-room property, and Membership Club, located in the heart of Shoreditch, London’s creative and cultural hub. It is a “must-visit” destination and sbe will establish several of its signature food and beverage brands, including a culinary experience BiBo, by world-famous chef Dani García.
A Pastry Chef de Partie with imagination and a genuine passion for working with amazing food and ingredients is needed to join the passionate kitchen team of this lifestyle hotel. The Pastry Chef de Partie will work alongside a friendly happy team, led by the Pastry Head Chef to maintain the high standard of cuisine and ensure the quality is second to none.
The Pastry Chef de Partie must have a stable career history within a similar establishment, be willing to learn and deliver their very best at all times. You will preferable have experience working in a busy, fresh food environment and have an incredible chance of improving your current skill-set. The kitchen environment is busy, food focused but friendly, fun and rewarding.
