Job description

We are looking for a French speaking Sales Support Executive to support 4 of our Contracts Managers here in the London office. 

Questions you will help answer OR Problems we are trying to solve

How can you help making the French Sales team successful in France, where competition is fierce, as well as on our other 21 markets?

Things you’ll be working on

  • Support 4 Contract Managers with Business development by identifying qualified leads
  • Monitor competition and markets to ensure we get the best possible deals
  • Ensure contracts are received on time as well as key information and images
  • Help resolve Price check issues
  • Support in negotiating additional allocation
  • Quality checks of offers and Optimization of deals
  • Support hotels with payment requests
  • Create and run reports and statistics to support Contract Managers
  • Help organizing Contract Managers business trips and provide back office support while they are away
  • Negotiate easy repeat offers
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales production team, Editorial team and Trading teams

We are a team of 10 Contract Managers very approachable and fun but also hard working and absolutely determined to become the Leader in France. We love food and travelling, and we always bring back something yummy to the office from our various trips around the world!

We work extremely hard as individuals but above all as a Team!

The deal breakers

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of the Hotel industry
  • Knowledge of Sales force a real bonus
  • Ability to influence, a negotiator at heart
  • Organised and rigorous
  • Comfortable in a fast growing and changing environment
