Responsible for the full spectrum of the payroll function. Ensure all associates' payroll is processed timely, accurately and is correctly classified in the TimePay System.
Prepare employee tax clearance, IR8A and other payroll related tasks; Liaise with Tax Agent on Expatriates’ income tax matters.
Monthly accruals, forecast and reconciliation of payroll and payroll related expense and balance sheet accounts; Prepare General Cashier's Report on a daily basis.
Maintain Hotel’s house banks in accordance to hotel policy and facilitate daily banking of hotel cash receipts and foreign exchange. Reimburse to associates for petty purchases made.
Monitor compliance with hotel financial policies related to Payroll and General Cashier functions and to report any discrepancy on a timely basis.
