JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Systems Deployment SW Integration Support plays a key role in RMSS initiatives and brand integration by participating in the systems and process development, sharing learnings/insights and identifying possible implications to the RMSS Leadership team.  This resource has responsibility to assist the Directors, Senior Managers, Implementation Managers and Command Centers by being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Revenue Management Systems and integration process. The Senior Manager collaborates with key stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Senior Directors of Revenue Management Systems Strategy, Directors and other discipline leads. 
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business/Hospitality (Hospitality, finance, economics)
  • Revenue Management Systems – User must be proficient in all aspect on our Revenue Management System processes including but not limited to One Yield (Revenue Planning, One Yield v2), HPP, etc.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
  • Provide lead analysis support to requests from Rev Mgmt, Systems Strategy leadership team members related to systems testing.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results and provide strategic direction and mitigating advice for solution.
  • Prepares presentations as requested to communicate results of analysis completed and recommended actions.
  • Represent RMSS team in various calls and meetings as requested by leadership.
  • Manages the flow of questions and directs questions.
  • Coordinates and implements work and projects as assigned.
  • Complies with Federal and State laws applying to procedures.
Supporting Operations
  • Works with team to put sustainable work processes and systems in place that support the execution of the strategy.
  • Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Represents team in resolving situations.
  • Maintains and manages inventory and service operations.
