Construction of the largest full-service Marriott-branded hotel in Shanghai, Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre opened its doors on 24 November, 2011. Located aside People's Square and Park on Xi Zang (Middle) Road, the Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre enjoys a premium downtown location. Nanjing Pedestrian Street is a 30 second stroll from the hotel's street entrance. The BUND, Suzhou Creek and the lively Xintiandi are all within easy walking distance.

Job Summary



To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our external and internal customers and to strive for excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.





  • Function as primary support to Human Resources Department to carry out all administrative and clerical duties.
  • 支持人力资源部各种行政工作。                                                   


  • Do paper clipping from newspapers for other hotel activities and advertisements.
  • 从报纸上了解掌握其它酒店的活动和广告。


  • Check details on candidate’s application form and arrange interview appointment for job applicants.
  • 检查应聘表格并安排面试。


  • Communicate with job applicants in relations to their job application, employment and commencement information.
  • 与应聘者就面试、聘用和入职事宜保持沟通。


  • Handle all new hired registration procedures including contract preparation, issue uniform and assign associates locker.
  • 处理新员工入职事宜,包括准备劳动合同、发放制服和员工更衣柜。


  • Prepare Associate ID Card and name badge for new hired associates.
  • 为新入职员工准备员工卡和名牌。


  • Handle the process for internal associate movements.
  • 完成内部员工调动事宜


  • Assist to administer the process for performance evaluation.
  • 协助管理员工表现评估项目



  • Handle all work procedures in relations to the separation arrangement.
  • 处理员工离职相关事宜。


  • Update all personal data in associates’ file and the Human Resources Software System.
  • 更新员工档案及人力资源系统中的各种数据。


  • Assist to administer associate benefits scheme and compensation programme  systematically on a timely basis;
  • 协助执行员工福利方案和薪资计划。


  • Maintain effective filing system in the Human Resources Department.
  • 在人力资源部保持高效的存档系统。


  • Handle all incoming call inquires and provide assistance for hotel associates regarding Human Resources matters.
  • 回答来电问询,为员工就人力资源方面的问题提供支持。


  • Update hotel organization and associates notice board.
  • 更新酒店组织架构图和员工宣传栏。


  • Handle heart of the house area inspection to ensure appropriate hotel standard and requirement is met.
  • 负责酒店后台区域的检查,确保酒店标准和要求得以执行。


  • Assist in organizing sports, recreation, recognition and other associate function.
  • 协助酒店组织运动、娱乐、奖励及其它活动。


  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • 及时高效完成本职工作和职责,根据公司政策和程序以实现本岗位的目标。


  • Maintain a favourable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • 与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
















    Profile of Competency


    ·         Minimum 2 years of experience in secretary /administrative support role


    ·         Positive and hardworking character.


    ·         Outgoing personality with good communication skills.


    ·         Attention to details


    ·         Good knowledge in computer.          


    Language 語言能力:

    ·         Good command of spoken and written English.


    Education 教育:

    ·         Graduate from hotel tourism school.

    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day.  All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift as business demands. 同事須明瞭酒店是每周七天、每天二十四小时运转的行業。因應工作需要,上班的班次会随时相應调動。
