Construction of the largest full-service Marriott-branded hotel in Shanghai, Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre opened its doors on 24 November, 2011. Located aside People's Square and Park on Xi Zang (Middle) Road, the Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre enjoys a premium downtown location. Nanjing Pedestrian Street is a 30 second stroll from the hotel's street entrance. The BUND, Suzhou Creek and the lively Xintiandi are all within easy walking distance.

 


 

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :

 

·       Select, develop and manage sales staff.

      选择, 发展和管理销售员工。

 

·       Provide sales leadership for all levels of hotel sales staff.  Actively coach and mentor associates to ensure ongoing sales skill development and performance improvement.  

      领导酒店所有级别的销售员工。主动教导帮助员工不断发展销售技能并提高工作 

      表现。

 

·       With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy.  Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented.  Actively monitor performance against goals and provide constructive feedback.

      根据酒店营收管理,发展酒店销售策略。 确保销售策略被充分理解并贯彻执行。

      根据销售目标积极监测员工业绩并提供建设性的反馈。

 

·       Manage all sales administrative functions to include goal setting, bonus program administration, Golden Circle, etc.

      管理好所有的销售行政工作以确保销售目标制定,奖金分配和Golden Circle等工 

   作的顺利开展。

 

·       Assist Director of Sales, and act as one of sales contacts for General Manager, property leaders, Sales Centre and Cluster Sales leaders. As hotel sales leader, understand and accurately represent individual property sales needs.

      协助销售总监,并作为总经理,业主,销售中心和万豪旗下酒店销售领导的销售 

      桥梁。 理解并精确地代表本酒店的销售需求。

 

·       Serve as hotel authority on sales processes and sales contracts.

      授权酒店销售活动和销售合同。

 

·       Act as hotel sales contact for customers. Serve as customers advocate.

      作为酒店客户的销售联系人,为客户提供周到的服务。

 

·       Develop and execute strategy to meet assigned individual booking goals.

      发展并执行酒店的销售策略以期达到分配的个人销售目标。
