We are looking for a Sushi Chef.


As Sushi Chef, we rely on you to


  • Be team player, adaptable and able to work under pressure
  • Be Creative, Proactive, Innovative
  • Be people and guest oriented
  • Maintain high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in the kitchen, according to the standards required by the management.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
  • Manage the overall Sushi kitchen operation 


We are looking for someone who;


  • Ensures proper products control
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Has background in Sushi specialty in 5-star hotel / high-end restaurant
  • Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy colleague   
  • Provides supervision and training to the team based on the company culture and colleagues requirement.
  • Has HACCP and / or Food Safety Knowledge
  • Has a cost control discipline
  • Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
  • Enjoys being challenged
  • Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
