岗位职责/职位描述

1. 熟悉西厨房的整个运作流程及合理安排员工的工作,以确保下属的服务和食品达到标准。

2. 计划和准备执行高质量的食品和摆设在制定的餐厅,确保厨房符合HACCP各方面要求。

3. 合理控制食品成本,能够采取有效的措施来降低破损率。

4. 负责采购和控制厨房出品质量。

5. 监督和指导西厨房员工的工作,负责部门日常培训。

6. 协调、组织和参与和厨房有关的所有产品的制作,检查并依照零点菜单和每日菜单,季节提供菜单。时刻保持预先设置菜单的标准,分量和成本。

7. 至少有相同岗位2年工作经验,国际酒店工作经验优先考虑。

8.良好的沟通协调能力,要求注重团队合作
