The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the performance and housekeeping operation including guest room experience, colleagues’ management, quality standards, and productivity to achieve the financial results. S/he ensures the smooth operation based on the forecasted occupancy and conducts inventories to maximize resources and reduce losses.
S/he creatively develops and implements learning and development programs for different areas and colleagues level. S/he is responsible for guiding all service colleagues’ assigned in the outlet. S/he identifies career goals and guides colleagues to their respective growth.
The Executive Housekeeper must be motivated, proactive, vibrant, innovative, and desires to delight our guests and colleagues. S/he must have good business rapport in a multicultural environment and strong drive for result.
S/he is required to have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the same capacity (preferably in a luxury hotel, in Middle East or in Asia). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic speaking would be an added value), organizational skills, and have the computer skills (e.g. Excel, Power point, word, requisitions system, etc.).
