Under the general guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager is responsible for the general administration and profitability of the operation of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Concierge, Telephone, Guest Relations, Horizon Club, Business Center and Guest Service Center.
- Neat, well groomed and pleasant in appearance;
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Duty Manager in an international class hotel;
- Strong oral and written English skills;
