Job Responsibilities
To lead and inspire the RIBS culinary team maintaining and enhancing the culinary and service experience for our guests.
Directly reporting to the executive chef you will be responsible for the daily operations, including –
- Stock control and food cost reports
- Weekly scheduling
- Daily team briefings
- Menu development and knowledge
- Colleagues training and development
- Responsible for all hygiene regulations conforming to ISO2200 AND SFSMS
Job Requirements:
- Motivator and self starter
- Displays initiative and creativity
- Experience in high end western cuisine preferred
- Chinese Speaking
- Basic English competency but not mandatory
- Local health certification
