SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Reporting to Japanese Chef, to ensures smooth operation in all aspects of the culinary operation by maintaining a high standard of food preparation, service and hygiene in all kitchen. Actively get involved in planning, training and development of team.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Due to workpass restriction, only citizenship of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Diploma Holder or Higher in Food and Beverage production
  • Minimum 01 (one) year of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
  • Minimum 05 (five) years of solid/full time work experience in an international luxury hotel brand
  • Specialized in Japanese Cuisine
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Excellent interaction skill with guest and colleagues
  • Good food hygiene knowledge and procedure
