Job description





Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Guest Relations Manager is responsible to provide excellent services to guest as well as supervision, direction and leadership by ensuring the deliverance of personalized service in the most courteous and efficient manner as well as contributing to optimize room sales.



Fluent in English (oral and written)

Bachelor degree/diploma holder in Hotel Management

Minimum 02 (two) years of solid work experience in a similar capacity with large scale operation at an international luxury hotel brand

An energetic and vibrant personality with a strong managerial and leadership skill

Excellent communication skills, confident and gracious

Strong customer service orientation

Flexible working hours
