Open position to Chef de Partie in Banquet Kitchen/Western Kitchen/Pastry/Cold Kitchen/Staff Canteen.
- Prepares all food requirements from guests, maintains stocks, chillers and freezers in a well-organized manner.
- Works with quality and cost control in mind and follows food hygiene practices.
- Assist the Manager as required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
