- Responsible for the smooth operation and profitability of the department.
- Efficiently allocate and use all resources to achieve maximum profits through planning, organising, leadership and communications to achieve best results for the Division.
- Enhance total Guest Satisfaction and high quality of Service. Dealt on the assignment given by Director Food and Beverage.
Diploma in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management or equivalent is an advantage.
Incumbent should preferably have knowledge and experience in brasserie a la carte style of service.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
