The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM), is responsible in promoting the Hotel in the digital space and drive business via the online channel, in accordance to the hotel''s market positioning as well as corporate brand identity and distribution guideline. Monitors the Hotel website traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online business, create and develop strategies for tactical campaigns / promotions to drive increnental traffic and conversion, creating engaging text, image and video content relevant to Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur target market. Managing online reviews and feedback.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in DIgital Marketing Manager or Marketing Communications experience.
- Self starter, team palyer and positive role model.
- Ability to multi-task, analyze and interpret data and expertise in MS Excel.
