  • To handle the set-up of daily reservations and and check-in and check-out guests.
  • To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to request promptly.
  • Responsible for the delivery of service throughout in a friendly and courteous manner.




  • Takes pride in being a hotelier.
  • Possess SPM and at least one year working experience in hotel.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality;
  • Able to perform shift works.
  • Local package will be offered to successful candidate.
